Fish Fridays
Fridays at Rupert’s belong to the fish, and the fish arrives the same morning it’s served. McCall sits a long way from any ocean, which is exactly the point: Fish Friday exists so a mountain town two hours from the nearest airport can eat like a coastal one at least one night a week.
This Week’s Fish
There’s no fixed rotation and that’s the charm. The special depends on the season, what’s running, and honestly, what Chef Kucy is in the mood to cook. One Friday it’s halibut, the next it’s salmon, then scallops, then ahi. Ask your server what came in this morning, because the answer changes every week.
